CONSULTANT PROJECT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT was founded by professionals who have developed the most of their professional career in the Construction and Project Management fields, working in different environments and geographical areas. We have lived the day by day of management and construction projects that, due to their volume and characteristics have been dealt with as a single activity centres within the companies they belonged.

This is why we know the daily needs of management. Decisions can not be taken without the appropriate information and this has to be extremely accurate. We all might think that this fact is something obvious and assumed but often the every day problems make the subject to be left aside.

Consultant's work is based in our own professional experience. It is about to summarize every subject, to the last bite, which is necessary for the efficient management of our client's company. In most cases the consideration of superfluous items distract the attention of which is really important.

During our professional careers we have participated and lead all kind of projects. All of them have given us the necessary knowledge and maturity to undertake this new project called CONSULTANT.

Antolín studied Business Administration at the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and has taken part in several courses in both technical and Health and Safety at Work fields. He has been totally dedicated to the construction sector in its different aspects since the beginning of his professional career.  

He has developed his whole career managing and producing construction projects, in behalf of private, public and third party developers. He has worked in prestigious companies such as Coperfil Group, Sacresa o Sando Construcciones S.A. just to name some.

He started his career in the construction field in a small family company taking part in the whole construction process. This phase permitted him a deep knowledge of all the aspects of a construction project in both, refurbishment and new edification of all kind of residential developments.

The need for development in his professional career was the reason for him taking part in different projects in behalf of greater scale companies. This is why he has managed big scale residential and industrial developments during the last years, working with all kind of professionals and contractors.

Carme studied a BSc (Hons) Maritime Technology at the Liverpool John Moores University and is Technician in Health and Safety at Work by the Gaudí Institute.

She has taken part in several emblematic projects, in both Project Management (Gerens Management Group and Bovis Lend Lease) and construction companies.

Carme started her professional career at the Technical Department of North Wind Yard, dealing with the cost control, plannig and production of the sailing yachts constructed in the yard. She commenced her professional career at the construction area in the year 2001 in small construction companies where she started as a Site Manager to become Estimator Manager at Elecnor, Noth East Delegation.

From 2005 Carme is working in Project Management companies, where she has taken part at the Barcelona Airport implementation works and several other great scale projects.
