CONSULTANT focuses its activity in the management of projects from medium to great scale in both building and civil works, no matter wethether these are refurbishments or new constructions.

Whatever the type of Project to be developed, the tasks to be carried out by CONSULTANT  will vary depending on the necessities of our client. Depending on the characteristics of the Project, its stage of development and, what is more important, our client's precedence, the actuations to carry out might start with a preliminary study of the costs and feasibility of the project, going through the purchase of the adequate plot, procedures, contracting of professionals to the whole management of the Project.

CONSULTANT acts on behalf of the client as a spokesperson with the different professionals taking part in the Project, such as Architects, Engineers, Contractors, other private parts or public organizations. We act as a link amongst the different parties involved in the Project, reporting to our client periodically. This way the investor knows at all times how his Project is developing. Our work does not replace the tasks belonging to the Technical Management. It covers the daily subjects regarding to the development of the Project, specially those related to the economic and planning aspects, always based on the technical premises.

As part of our work, CONSULTANT will clear up any doubt that our client might have regarding to his Project, attending also to his suggestions. The situation of the Project will be informed to our client by means of periodically issued reports in either standard model or in an agreed format for the particular Project.
