In Consultant we are determined to approach the Project management services to all kind of projects and clients. The Project Manager is the only negotiator and speaker while carrying out the project, advices the client regarding to relevant subjects such as the location of the plot, contracting of professionals and packaging of the works to quote by the companies. Once the different companies hand in their bids, Consultant analyse them, contracting the most appropriate in behalf of our client. Once the works are started, we keep a close monitoring of the execution until the project has successfully finished.

Contrary to what could be thought, the use of Project Management services represents a substantial saving while carrying out any kind of construction or refurbishment project. Consultant facilitates the contract of the works at an adequate price and performs a tight control on the execution of the works so deviations over the contracted budget are avoided. It is estimated an average saving of a 15% regarding to projects with no management service.
