The Project Management is basically the development of all the formalities to carry out in order to complete a Project, starting at any of its stages to its delivery. It is about coordinate the available human and material resources during the development of the Project in order to get desired goals regarding to cost, quality, planning and efficiency of all the parties. The tasks included in the Project Management of a Project shall vary depending on the project to manage. These can be either developed during the execution of the construction works only, which is called Construction Management, or include the whole development of the Project from before the design is done, being a proper Project Management then. At the beginning of the Project, the Project Manager might play an important role in advising the client regarding to preliminary aspects: market studies, search for an adequate plot, product definition, contract of design and technical equipment, licenses, cost estimating, financial and construction planning, contract of insurances, tenders and contract of professionals. During the execution of the Project, the Project Manager will proceed with control and coordination tasks. Coordination of all the professionals taking part in the Project, control of costs and planning, technical aspects and current regulations regarding to quality and Health and Safety at Work. However some clients do not need such a wide range of services. Consultant provides different methods of work depending on the scope and the stage of the Project. |

Cost Management works are offered while our client needs an exhaustive control of the whole cost of the Project. Reports include every single financial aspect regarding to the Project, from the cost of the plot, the fees of the Design Team, licence fees and taxes, going through construction costs and up to the operating expenses generated by the execution of the Project. The figures have to be closely controlled in order to achieve the economical goals settled for each particular Project. As ever, the resulting information will be issued in periodical reports in a format agreed with the client. |

The Construction Management is about the organization, planning, mobilization and management of equipment, materials and personnel during the execution stage of a construction contract. The contract of this service ensures a right and accurate control and coordination of the resources used in a particular construction Project, whatever its characteristics. |

Project Monitoring works are offered when our client needs a control of all the invoices and general expenses generated by the Project. It is usually used by banks or organizations financing the Project with the aim of ensuring that the financed costs correspond to the expenses really generated by the Project. |

Quantity Surveying works are carried out while our client has an idea for his project which needs to be studied so the possibilities of development of the project are known with the maximum feasibility. This way a close prevision of costs for the Project is offered, having as starting point an architecture preliminary draft, for example. It will always be possible to combine any of these services according to the needs of every particular client and Project.
